I’ve spent my career leading, developing, and scaling GTM and Customer Success teams at B2B SaaS startups from the ground-up.
Over the the last decade, I’ve held a variety of leadership and execution roles across Digital Customer Success, Implementation, Customer Experience & Enablement, and Program Management. What I’ve loved the most about each of these roles was the opportunity to build something from scratch.
